Mystery Red Envelope Prize:

If a customer lands on the Red Envelope segment, they will be invited to choose one sealed red envelope from a selection on display. Each envelope contains a surprise cash prize of varying value.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Fortune Wheel promotion is operated by SilverTime Amusements Ltd and is valid only at the SilverTime China Town venue.
  2. The promotion is open to customers aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be required.
  3. To participate, customers must sign up during the promotional campaign by registering their email address. Upon sign-up, they will receive a unique code.
  4. A customer can claim their cash match promotion by presenting a Silvertime member of staff with their unique promotional code and photo ID. The customer will then be presented with a promotional ticket (maximum value £20) that when entered into a gaming machine will issue a credit that takes effect when the customer presents an equal value amount of cash into the machine.
  5. The qualifying BANK win excludes any funds inserted into the machine or any promotional credits. Only winnings from play count.
  6. Each customer may redeem this promotion only once during the campaign. Once a code is used, it cannot be used again.
  7. The top prize of £88.88 and all Red Envelope prizes are paid in cash. All other prizes are awarded as free spins or gaming credits, with the specific value determined by the venue.
  8. All prizes except cash prizes must be inserted into a gaming machine by a member of staff and played as credit. No cash alternative is available for free spin prizes.
  9. Management reserves the right to refuse participation if a customer does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or if there is any sign of manipulation or abuse.
  10. The promotion is not open to SilverTime staff. Any attempt by staff to gain or assist in gaining an advantage will result in disciplinary action.
  11. SilverTime Amusements Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion. Any changes will not affect customers who have already used their code.
